The elections in Ukraine took place in an anti-democratic atmosphere and freedom of the press and expression violations. International journalists, like Marc Innaro from italian public television RAI, weren’t allowed to enter into the country and rejected at Kiev airport.
Several artists were banned from the territory, as public enemy, like the apolitical italian singer Al Bano. These special measures show the absence of democracy and freedom in the Country.
Futhermore political parties of opposition, as the communist party of Uckraine, were excluded from the competition. Millions of ukranian people living in Russia and Donbass weren’t allowed to exercise their right to vote.
All these elements show that these elections are false and serve to disguise a dictatorial regime as a democracy.
